so brought yet another 2.2 but auto off old lady 4ws light on Honda told her it is because she parks too close to kerb.....
did the paper clip and reset ...worked ....for a sec then back on , notice had abs flashing so did a code read 81 ..ecu ? cleared faults on abs ( there was no light on abs i should add only 4ws light )
reset system no abs flashing and 4ws flashed twice ..
tried worked for a sec then 4ws light on again...... with paper clip in 4ws flashes twice no other errors ? :cry:
any help would be gr8

just thought 2 flashes is that 20 ?
or is it 1 & 1 = 11

2 quick flashes, 1 long and 1 quick or 2 long flashes?

hi just updated 2 long flashes reset it turned to right all ok turned it back (left) light on ...think it could be 11 :D

2 long is 20 isn't it? (From memory - it's all explained clearly in the manual though...)

81 on the ABS is (also from memory) one of the temporary faults? (Which is why it wouldn't have put the fault light on)

2 long flashes = 20. I had this every now and again on my previous 1997 Prelude.
4WS DTC 20 is probably the most commonly reported problem.
2000 Honda Prelude 2.2 VTi (H22A8 / BB8).

I took the rear sub sensor out and did the paper clip again and it still shows 2 0 not even picked up the sensor os out of the back ???
