I never got to use the nipple :lol: i had to remove my es rear arb bushes (black es) as one of them had deformed quite badly ater about 18 months on the car- there was still plenty of grease in it. I just refitted my oem ones which are still in great condition despite them being decades old.

Same happened to my rear ARB poly bushes - black ones - after about a year. The bar was rattling about in one of them i.e. the hole had got stretched, starting on the outer edge by the look of it, and the other was heading the same way.

I got a set of OEM rubber ones to replace them, and put the old brackets back on too (from memory, I think they're slightly different dimensions).

yeah the oem bushes and brackets are about half the size of the es ones

you did grease them with Poly grease when installing, didn't you?

otherwise they'll squeak like mad.
