Yep. This is perfect imo.

But I did a lot of work to go more wide on my weds. I love my weds. Very very much.

What's the spec on your Weds, Ratty?

Asking because eventually I will be running 17x8 ET somewhere around 40, although might change this depending on your answer

My weds are 17x8 et 35 but i am also running 5mm spoacers all round so et30.
214/45/17 ad08 which run a broader shoulder than most tyres.
I cannot go any wider unless i go to a smaller profile tyre.
Maximum lowness on the front.

I have a set of 17 inch rims with 225/45x17 on right now which barely rub at all except on a maximum right hand turn. Which it rubs the inner sidewall on the inner fender. and I believe the offset on the rim is a +49

I also have a brand new set of 18' rims that also have a +49 offset. with a 215/35/18 tire that are going to be mounted after I put my 1.25" lower springs on.

So just in case I'm wrong the mounting point of my HUB to RIM is closer to the outboard side of the rim. ( i think that's + offset?)

Edit: my rims are all a 7.5 inch width
