steering rack/arm

The boot ripped off last track day. Can I just call into a motor factors and ask for one?

if its just the rack gaiter then yes but think they usually come as pairs

Steering rack gaitor or tie rod inner end gaitor... They'll know what you mean by those descriptions, yes.

Unlikely to have it in stock, but should be available next day.
