Well they drive on the opposite side of the road, so their headlight aim is focused in the opposite direction - which means that one of their headlights used over here is aimed straight at on coming traffic, instead of at the kerb. Same principle as if you drive a UK car over to France, you should be sticking the black triangle things on your headlights.

It's only a problem if you have to go through a proper MOT.

Otherwise it ok.
