with my 5th gen 2.2vti manual lude would this just be a straight swap ?

Ideally you'd want an ATR inlet manifold, but more importantly you'd need either an ATR ecu or a standalone ecu/Hondata to run it properly. There will be a few other niggles I'm sure, but those are the bigger/more expensive ones.
