Sooooooo,

After sometime the first one is out of the mould

















There is a crease across the middle from when I folded the centre cut out of the way so won't be doing that again

The wood cut out in picture 1, LLL you'll recognise this, is what the final piece will be trimmed to. There are raised sections from the moulding which are the sections that are drilled and trimmed when the edges get smoothed out then it's done

I'll be selling them for £75 delivered which I believe is less than the aluminium ones you can get for the 4g

So, this one has already been reserved who wants the next one?
