Chuck them into owen for about 20min. Temperature have to be save and around 80 degree. Then using gloves pull both parts in oposite directions. I don't know about 5g lights but mine have small metal clips which have to br removed first and also another clips betwen housing and lens. Look for them before you start as sometime they're real pain in arse. While baking  put lights with lens up and don't allow them to touch anything. Also while separating be carefull to not put glue over lenses or light reflectors.

Oven on full. Turn over off and stick the headlight in for 7mins. Pull out and pry away. Job done.

I melted a set of rear lights by getting my timings/temps wrong.. you can also get them apart by heating the glued join with a heat-gun.

Lots of different temps, when I took my lenses off I heated the oven to 200c, chucked the lights in for 2 mins exactly.
