17' Konig alloys and Apex lowered springs on OEM shocks

Hi, these are my konig alloys et40 4x114.3 and 4x100 multistud 7j. They have been paint stripped , straight alloys , one has crack what i noticed only after paint got stripped. People who did strip paint of, sayd they can fix crack for 25quid
and as you can see 3 alloys say konig on them but one with crack doesnt, so i dunno if its fake or what.
I bought them like that and had on my car only 2 weeks, then took them for sandblast and after i saw crack my hands went down with them. I bought them for 120 quid and spend 80 quid for sandblast.
