I looked into doing this for my project's VC. You can get the stuff... You paint the under-colour on first (obviously) and then paint the special paint on top which covers the first colour up entirely, but when heated (normally over 30 degrees C) it turns invisble revealing the colour beneath. I was going to shave off the DOHC VTEC from the valve cover and then paint it back on and then cover the whole thing with the special paint. Hmmm, heat reactive paint. Sound jizztastic. Reminds me of the global hypercolour T-shirts - if you're of a certain age.

well recieved my smoothed off valve cover from ratty this morning, it looks amazing and workmanship is second to none! pics coming tomorrow and work on the lude starts intime for japfest!
