El dials with vtec lights mk2

Bought these off jayjay a couple of years ago. Never fitted, just sat on the shelf. Guide to building them on wikilude, looks like he put a lot of effort into them. Remember seeing a vid of them in action at the time. Will post link when I find it. Think I gave him £60, will post them for that.
