Like Ratty said, oven for 200 temp, wait untill oven rich that temperature, switch it off and put headlamp in side. Place some towel on the tray and than place headlight on it. Keep it in oven for 5-8 minutes and take it of ans taki it apart, really easy job, done it about 10 times
