H22a7 bottom end h22a top end
For my turbo build I'm planning on using a h22a7 block with a h22a head, is this possible?
Also planning on using obd1 management, will this pose any problems with the a7 bottom end?

why do you want to use the h22a7?
its higher compression aswell as being open deck. personally i would use a uk 4th gen lump as its closed deck and has 10-1 comp.
the only really gains of a a7 aside from the higher comp ratio is that it has a 55mm crank as opposed to a 50, its still debated as to whether its actually a gain though.

Compression ratio isn't an issue as I've got some wiseco pistons
I went for the a7 as like you said its got the beefier crank and I wanted the open deck to make the most of the darton wet sleeves cooling capabilities
