My 5th needs a new timing belt. What do I need to do while I'm at it? I have a H23 manual tensioner conversion kit already.
Other bits:
Timing belt?
Water pump?
Balance shaft belt?

Yeah that's it.
The balance shaft seal retaining clip if you don't have one already (Don't know if the 5th's had them as standard)

It's not actually that difficult, hardest part is getting the bottom pulley off and if you're reusing the old auto tensioner (or 2nd hand) getting that back in as you won't have the compression clip new ones come with (Not an issue for you)

Where did you get those from? I just phoned my local Honda and they want £60.24 for the timing and balance shaft belts, and £98.26 for the water pump.
