You need to know a bit about your engine torque at various rpms. If you don't know these values and your running stock put 156 for peak and about 140 for the others and you should be ok.
Should give you an indication of how changing wheels/ratio, weight and power will effect your 0-60 time.
It doesn't consider tyre choices, dynamic torque (torque at every rpm) or drag. I've not done a 0-100 time as you realy need drag to make this happen. It's done with torque rather than bhp as this has a bigger effect on the 0-60 with bhp taking over higher up and more importantly it was easier to work out this way
