1x Honda Civic
1x H22 engine

On a serious note, I don't think there's a huge amount. Engine, custom mounts and ecu?

to be honest mate if you need to ask on hee your probably a little out of your depth, the main problem is the wiring harness, followed buy the driveshafts, followed by the fact civics have rod gear linkages, preludes are cable.

then this gets even more complicated on what civic you were doing this on!

this is before suspension setups, and the fact some civics dont even have arb's!

Swap mounts and driveshafts.
H22 engine. Shifter cables and shift box
Ecu and conversion harness or p28 with H22 map
A big hammer
Helps if your handy with wiring

If there's a lot of parts required for the swap, it might be worth buying a donor car to strip whilst you build the other car. This is a popular choice when transplanting a VR6 from a mk3 Golf into a Mk2 - you need so many bits that it's cheaper to just strip the mk3 to build up the mk2. Only problem with the Civic would be that the 2 cars are different models entirely, there's bound to be lots of parts that will need modifying to fit properly. For example, on my swap, even though Accords ran the H22A7 engine, I've found that the fuel line, power steering hoses and 1 engine mount are all incompatible with the older H22A - plus I'm going to have to make my own hybrid wiring loom :? It's going to take time, money and a lot of thought and research to sort all these things out and it soon mounts up! That's not to say it's not worth doing a build, I'm really enjoying it myself, but when I started I definitely was quite naive and thought it'd be a lot easier than it has been so far

Just my 2 pence :)

H22 engine.
H22 gearbox lad not the a7 one different sensors or something
Custom wiring h22 merged with esi or vtec obd1 loom.
Shifter and cables.
P28 chipped but u can run a p13 but has the knock sensor andsomething else on, p28 deletes it.
Engine mounts, not the ebay jobby, norr the yonaka ones on there, hasport or innovative ones :P
Driveshafts either mix and match them look on google, hasport, driveshaftstore.
Good brake system.
Suspension setup.
Not a deff buy but polybushed through out.
Prelude manifold mated to civic system 2.5-3" is better that the 2.25" size.
Alloy rad with slim fan as the manifold touches standard fan.

O and u got to cut a bigger hole for the shifter to fit and weld in,
And cut anoter hole so the cables can go through and bolt onto the shifter.
Cut the drivers side engine mount down about an inch then redrill hole, theres a small there just make it bigger.

Hope this helps if not ask me bro :D
