At least 68mm with a portmatch in your Intake manifold!
I bought this:

spend your money on some higher comp pistons, ATR or type s prelude one. Youll see a much better gain from that than a bigger TB.
With bigger cams you drop the dynamic compression on your motor which limits torque and peak power so you need higher compression pistons to compensate for this.
I've had this advice of an expert (Rich at PAW) as I was looking at the same thing with my motor. Get the compression up then look at the flow.
Have you done this work already?

It´s been tested on dyno that even with stock compression you can gain power in the mid to high rev range with only bigger cams, like pro1 vs pro2!
Cams do jump dynamic compression since you have more air and fuel with good advance in ignition...the only side effect with low compression with cams and everything is the not full potential of them is reachable!! We talk about basic bolt-on at low cost versus a entire set of piston and rings...if we stick with Mahle or oem atr...if you go higher compression you MUST sleeve the H22....so the money spent is far from been the same!
As for power output with only intake, exhaust, headers and the other stuff you got it´s been seen 200whp or more, but then all my pals go to at least 68mm TB, saw a friend with h23vtec dohc JDM with that kind of mods reaching 220whp on a dynapack(head and intake ported)!
