how much do you think?

took Saffy round to my machanic m8 tonight to have the tappits done and we went for a blast ;)
on Vtec getting a real eggy smell :cry:
he is saying the cam end seals need doing and while he has the cylinder head off he wants to do,
valves, belts, waterpump, full decoke and clean up.

what do you thing would be a ruff estimate for this and anything else i should think about doing while he is in there?

she is running 83,000 miles now so about time i got to the engine side of things ;)

have done everything outside ;) but have not done anything under the bonnet yet, she has got to the point now that things will start going wrong :(

so now is the time to save her :D

Unless it's smoking or has a head gasket issue, I'd leave an 83k Honda engine in one piece. You'll lose the Honda fairies otherwise.

it does smoke!! ask LLL he backed off from me in case i made his nice white S BLACK :lol:

vtec puts out a 8" flame and a nice cloud of dark smoke and then the rotten egg smell is poo-whiffy :lol:

that tells me theres something up with your fueling though rather than needing a partial rebuild :lol:
