Has the belt actually come off the gear? You could be lucky, though you're still likely to have a few bent valves. Definitely fixable

I have 2 used complete H22A heads with cams, one off a JDM H22A and the other from my old 80k H22A2 motor for sale if you need one because your head is damaged.
Or a brand new (yes OEM brand new in the plastic) P13 cams for sale. Came with a brand new head I bought and sold on from Australia.(I kept the cams)
This is only any use, if your cam has snapped and your pistons are ok, and you want to fix it up.

We're you in vtec? If not the h22 is a non interference engine, so just line it all back up and put the belt back on, job done!

Yeah the belt is still on.the cam broke right next to the dizzy and the engine was at top dead centre when this happened so surly the valves where closed

and the Lude never run after it snapped tried starting her

valves should be fine
when in vtec the valves start to open 40 degrees before tdc. which is very early and are going to be most likely fully open by the time the pison comes to tdc
have you seen the piston cut outs for the valves...
