RBC/RRC inlet manifold on H22....anyone done it?

Hey guys, have saw some chat online regarding fitting RBC/RRC inlet manifolds to the h22 using an adaptor such as Skunk2's version. I've also been recommended to do this by my tuner.

Has anyone done this to their Prelude/h22? If so, was the cost worth it? Bhp gains?

Considering the price of the RBC/RRC along with the adaptor, you are looking at around £480 or £650 respectively for the new intake setup.

I find it hard to believe that, if I already have a skunk2 68mm TB with a port matched ATR intake manifold, that it's going to be worth the extra cash? Or is it? I know the RRC is supposed to be awesome for power gains on the k20. Input welcome folks!

Doesn't sound like it'd be worth it mate...

Thanks for the link! Seems to confirm that it's a lot of hasstle to end up with similar gains to the setup I currently have. Even if it did gain a few extra bhp over the ported Euro R, I would really struggle to justify the money when it could go towards some tasty head work.

Exactly that. That's also getting into ITBs money.
