so yesterday morning i get in the lude start her up put me foot on the clutch pedal and bang all the way to the floor with no resistance and it dosent come back up  great just what i need looks like going to be late to work if i even make it , so i open the bonnet only to find no fluid in the clutch reservoir well i no i have a small leak on the slave and have had to top it up like once a month but hows it now empty , looking at the slave it is clearly seen better days now ,so right lets find some fluid top it up bleed it and see what happens now i dont normally do any repairs at home so only tool i can find is a pair of pliers not ideal to crack a bleed nipple off with but hey its all i got to hand next thing no oil at home let alone brake fluid but guess what i do have at home :D

its a thin oil right so in it goes managed to bleed the clutch on me own have sprayed oil everywhere , jumps in starts it up clutch is spot on and here we are the following day clutch is fine and it hasnt lost a drop of oil hows that possible

Apparently, Omega 3 can help with certain skin conditions. Is that why it's called Crisp 'n Dry?
