F22B block with H22a head?!
Ok so I have a H22a all ready in the prelude, but I swapped out an F22b which never used a drop of oil,
I'm getting a head from an accord type r next week. So I was thinking of mounting the 2 together?? Anyone have any advise on this? Will it be a straight match apart from the oil feed?

A vey quick run down.
The f22 has a 1mm smaller bore, some say it causes hot spots on the head and isnt ideal. A f23 would be better.
Also I think it will drop the compression massively, ideal for a cheap turbo build, not so much for n/a. You could get round this by going with different pistons, it'll probably be custom though.
What I would so is use the f22 crank and rods I n a h22/23 block and use standard h22 pistons.

So I'm thinking on boring the cylinders out to 87mm and getting bigger H22a high comp pistons,
Will there be an issues fitting to the existing rods? On the F22b?
