Re: Competition Stage1 Clutch question
I've just been looking up a organic exedy clutch kit and reviews said they had to adjust the clutch push rod. This was on a accord tho so not sure if it applies?

Try something for me. U say its hard to put into first but not second right? In neutral at a stop try to put it in first. If it don't go in then put it in second then up into first without releasing the clutch pedal. If it slides in first then it's a synchro problem. If it still don't go in then it's any of the problems these great people have sujested. What u will be doin is slowing the main shaft down to match that of the engine speed. Thus the synchro won't have to do all the leg work. Let us know

Today I had a master cylinder changed. It was worth changing anyway because it was a bit leaking. After replacement gear change became much easier but still not perfect.
Any ideas how to fix it?
It slides in. Must be a synchro then.Thebusofwoe wrote:If it slides in first then it's a synchro problem.

i had this problem when getting my clutch changed about 8 or 9 years ago - i had to take it to Honda main dealer and they said wrong gearbox oil was used was solved by using Honda MTF
if you had a problem before the clutch change then id switch to Amsoil
