Yeah bud, I've been doing a lot of research for my own turbo build and there are ludes in the states running circa 630bhp on stock cams

Stock bottom end on an engine that's done >100k wouldn't last 5 minutes on that though!

2 Mahle gold series
3.Arp head studs

Worth sourcing a new oil pump whilst you are at it too. Last thing you want is to build a forged bottom end then have an oil pump failure.

By all accounts you may want to strip the block before buying ACL bearings.

If you already have the largest size bearings from honda then you can end up with low oil pressure using the ACL as they only come in one set size.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong?

Scott at Htune will provide mahle gold series pistons, eagle rods, ACL race bearings and brand new piston rings for around £850 mate. Speak to him... i enquired about it all before

And also wait till you have the block before getting pistons, you may find it needs a .25 overbore and pistons to match, you'll be better off not over boring on boost as it causes more chance of movement on the liner hence the reason they don't use any more than .25 it's prob ok but nothing would be better

Thanks for the input guys been reading some more on some american sites. Do I need a new crank?
What's the best block I think rich @ paw recommended any h22 with as low mileage as poss
And sorry for all the questions but what would be the best oil pump oem or aftermarket?

Stock crank is good for 800+bhp

You want a closed deck block so if your car is JDM I would suggest a h22a from a jdm 4th gen. If your car is a uk car use the engine from the uk car (h22a4??)
As for the oil pump, go with the OEM
