4.ACL race bearings
Worth sourcing a new oil pump whilst you are at it too. Last thing you want is to build a forged bottom end then have an oil pump failure.

If you already have the largest size bearings from honda then you can end up with low oil pressure using the ACL as they only come in one set size.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong?

What's the best block I think rich @ paw recommended any h22 with as low mileage as poss
And sorry for all the questions but what would be the best oil pump oem or aftermarket?

You want a closed deck block so if your car is JDM I would suggest a h22a from a jdm 4th gen. If your car is a uk car use the engine from the uk car (h22a4??)
As for the oil pump, go with the OEM
