the amount of work involved would be more than you think. not just making an adapter plate/mounts etc. etc. the whole engine is going to be in the other way. the engine would end up being shifter further forwards so possibilities of inlet hitting the rad there. would need all new exhaust manfiold custom shafts, shifter cables all the electronics and lines would need to be extened your coolant lines and radiator would need to be redone as they would be on the wrong side.

Tons of work for very little benefit

I wasn't thinking specifically of 6 speed, just an idea.

the easiest way would be just to reverse the engine direction its been done before but its not straightforward

If you whant something special you can keep the CCW, reverse head, H2b with a s80 dc2 tranny....

Where secla? in a reverse head set-up? No you can keep the same rotational sense in the engine so you can use a normal H or B tranny! As for cams yeah it's ideal but saw one in the US with stock cams and did great anyways!
