Where can i purchase a good one from, or is it a custom jobby?

I would expect either would be a pretty universal job

Just a basic catch-tank between the valve cover PCV an the inlet manifold will do the job, otherwise it's full on AN- fittings from the valve cover to a catch-tank, with a breather on the top. Either way, it's a universal/custom job.
