thanks for the suggestions guys i guess now i finally have a decent soldering iron after all these years ill wip the transistor out and put a replacement one in i think its marked with 1780 it is the q31 transistor, I hope its fixable :s
your reckon its damaged by someone fitting after market injectors and not using a resistor box? could well be i guess dude, im not sure what this thing actually controls though, I have read else where it might have something to do with an atuomatic gear box :s

apprently this is the reason, and its a D1780
This transistor is found in 1720/11f0/1980 circuit board Honda ECUs (P06, PR4, P75, P61, P72, P28, P30...) in OBD1 92-95 Honda Civic and Acura Integra vehicles. Located at Q31 and Q34 (on P72 ecus stock or used to add IAB control), this part is commonly burned up when the plugs for the IAT Intake Air Temperature sensor and EVAP purge control solenoid are crossed. Be sure to check your plug wiring to make sure your sensors are plugged into the proper plugs.
