great responses here! I'm actually stuck on this exact same situation haha. I was looking for machine shops in my area today to do the machining on the runners side of my euro r manifold to open up that top area.

I have done plenty of manifolds now, I've got spare inlets I need gone aswell if you want one modded or your own at a way cheaper price than that just send me a pm

Bog brush haha that would be fun, I guess you could use a dremel but would depend on how much your taking off as to how many weeks the job would take lol

I do pipe bore matching and porting most the time for work so a inlet is no different and use of all their air tools is perfect!

I port matched my inlet manifold with a grinding tool and various buffers in a Dremel. The grinding tools made short work of it...

For my injectors a countersink tool in a drill worked perfectly and I blended it all in with a Dremel...
