Type r manifold

If i get the h22a7 manifold, will it bolt on to my existing 2-1 downpipe bit or will i have to custom fab some bits?

All i can find on ebay is the header(4-2) part

Looking to replace manifold top bit and hopefully gain a little and make a little more noise

No it wont, you'll need the downpipe too, but it's a massive PITA to fit, as the downpipe is much shorter!! Also the manifold fowls on the front engine mount and frot subframe.
It would be best to have a custom downpipe made up. I wouldn't fit another again

Ive a dc sports mani here and itll need a custom bottom too

Just want a horse or two and some added grunt

The Type-S exhaust manifold reportedly has more cylindrical primaries rather than the standard oval design. Is it worth putting a type-S or H22a7 manifold on a standard Prelude? Probably not, plus neither of them are a direct fit especially the H22a7 as Greeny says.
