lol i know i know, i dont drive hard all the time very rarely too be honest, i did it once saw the smoke and did it again and saw the smoke havnt done it since

Thinking a bit more, White smoke can also be weak mixture (too lean) and I guess that might be more obvious at the top end???
Not sure what might cause that if that's what it is though?

I think that's more of an expression; unless an upchange is inappropriate (overtaking, for example) then 7K's enough usually.Pushki wrote:Maybe you should avoid red lining it. The red line is not something to aim for. It would be a green line if it was.
Red = Warning/Danger!!
But the poor thing's only got 197 BHP so driving it like one stole it is usually the order of the day...
Unsurprisingly, mine huffs & puffs a bit & does like to drink oil. Much of which appears to be on the exhaust finishers.
