Dynamic air intake rubber pipe.

Any other preludes share the same short rubber pipe as a type s and h22a8 from the throttle body to the plastic section? Just wondering if its worth me attempting to repair the split in the one I have here or not.

the earlier one with a smaller box looks the same but isnt its slightly longer

Looks like I will need to attempt a repair unless anyone has a spare rubber hose section.

The one from the H22A5 will fit perfectly. I know this as my previous 1997 Prelude had H22A5 (obviously) and I fitted most of the H22A8 air intake parts as a part of an out of court settlement with a local Honda dealer. I retained the final rubber section and requested just the other parts and had no problems.
