I bought this as a bit of a project without mot or tax and it had been sitting off the road unused for 18 months. Having a very rare JRSC fitted I was desperate to return it to the road and run it for a few months. With a bit of work I got it MOTd (no advisories) and taxed. I then begun tidying up the exterior and engine bay.

The paintwork was machine polished, then finer grades were used to remove swirls and scratches. It has been waxed and now is looking great. Some of the red panels were too faded for me to be satisfied so the bonnet, roof, boot spoiler, wing mirrors and door handles were carbon wrapped with vinyl.

The 17" motegi wheels were refurbished in graphite grey metallic and the headlights restored and housings painted black.

Under the bonnet the rocker cover, exhaust manifold heat shield and supercharger jack shaft pulley were painted to freshen things up.

Oil filter, oils and all the fluids have been replaced at the end of March/ beginning of April.
Full service history up to. 74k miles

The only negatives I can find are :
5th gear crunch(common fault)
Crack on passengers side skirt.
Cruise control not engaging.

It would be nice to see an enthusiast buy it and make it even more special. With fuel and exhaust upgrades, a fully programmable ecu and remap - around 260-270bhp could be achieved at 6 psi. Increasing the boost to 9 and 12 psi is possible, using different pulleys, if you want to push the power further. Unfortunately I don't have the time and money to put into it since the arrival of our baby girl and the s2000 in the garage. One unpractical car has to go. :(

I am looking for £3750.
Location - Central Scotland.
Pm for contact details.

Same angine as my Type S basically so with a good remap, uprated fuel components and exhaust you will see close to 270-300bhp and 200-230lbft of torque all at the flywheel.

Shame to see you not keeping Dave, but glad at least that the car has been saved/sorted to live again instead of dying 8-)
