Can a normal H22A 200 Bhp engine work and still have ATTS working in a type S. Is the engine a straight swap? Would the ECU be spacific for a type S.?

Just when you buy a type S you want it to be a type S :)

Looks quite straight in the pics.

You can only use a Type-S engine to have the ATTS working.. You can;t use another H22A engine, as the mounts for the ATTS won't be there..

You can't notice the ATTS while driving normally, but when you put the hammer down on the corner then it's fun.. But watch out it does snap back when you are not ready for it.

The best way to tell if it's working is put your ignition on, ATTS light should come on and when you turn the car over then ATTS light should go off. [same as the 4WS light]

Cheers, which pipes are the ATTS pipes in the pic is it on the right side of the engine bay as in passanger side?

Anything to look out for or listen out for with regards to the ATTS or type S's in general?

Just about see it, so that's the pipe, well that's a good sign then I guess. I'll be sure to check for ATTS light and so on.
Lastly what insurance company's best for type S or will insure it?

As said earlier, what's the gearbox? if its m2u4 then its a type s. This gearbox wont fit on any other hatch twenty two.
It will say on the box written vertically.
