Stumbled across a thread on the ATR forum yesterday, and someone reference a Toyota SC14 supercharger;
http://superchargedsilvia.50megs.com/about.html
Sits in the A/C spot, works in both directions and can be turned on and off

Could be a good way of charging the h22...

Been done to a 4th gen in the US before, I'll try and dig out a link later on.
It's not a common unit to find no, but can be used quite easily. But no different to buying a Rotrex or Vortech centrifugal charger (although not sure on reverse rotation on these???) and custom mounting and setting one of those up. The A/C compressor location is ideal for it. They're all possible, its just the custom build aspect of it that puts most people off. I don't know why, it's not rocket science, no more complicated than adding a turbo to your car.

i am on the hunt for one as we speak lol gaybay only have different sized pulleys atm but if i manage to pick one up il defiantly do a build thread for it! i think id go for switchin it on and off rather than on the throttle would add more of a sleeper touch to it

Very interested to see one of these in action on a H22. I'm tempted to put one on my built H22 one day if I ever properly restore the chassis and tune it for some bonkers low end torque
