mine's a A5 with A7 pistons

crower cams, intake manifold, 68mm TB few other bits and bobs

makes 244hp

Matt's (stk's) lude is an a7 as well. That's pushing 236.2 Bhp and 170.6 lb of torque.

A7 Intake?
Do you have installed knock sensor and what ECU do you use?

skunk2 intake, hondata s300, no knock sensor on a5

think a7 block has knock sensor? or a8, maybe both

Yes, A7 have knock sensor.

I think you can get away without grinding bits off the IM flange by using a Hondata IM gasket as it spaces it out enough.
