Would I benefit from a remap?

No, not in the key of C. An H is likely involved though ...

0bd1 to obd2 harness.. about £60

then ecu, hondata £300 - £400, AEM ecu £500+

you could try the cheaper alternatives like chrome etc.. but I dunno if they are still supported and you need to find tuner for them

I hear eCtune has lots of nifity features

Have a look in your local area and ask people who can tune Hondas what software they use. Then you can make sure you get the right hardware.

Yes, but it would be a waste of money for you based on just those mods.

You have a Type S correct. With ATTS?

Remove the AEM and put the OEM back on.
To keep ATTS working you have to use a piggy back ECU to run OBD2.
Currently the only and best choice is the Greedy E Manage Ultimate inc boomslang harness and a garage to remap it. WIll be close to £1000.
OEM Type S is 217bhp. With those mods above that you listed maybe 230Bhp with a remap. Ideally you need the ATR intake manifold and a larger TB port matched the IM, a remap would see closer to 240.

Quite expensive business for not a lot of extra power, remove the aem u reckon? I knew before fitting it wouldn't b as healthy as the oem one just fancied some shiny new bits under the bonnet :D see how it goes, I probably will change it back eventually!!

Ok cheers for the info think I'm gonna look into some ecu's etc see what's about :)
