Macky's Type-S : for sale £1000 (p17)

Hey all,
Welcome to the Profile of my new Type-S
Felt that i had gone as far as i could with my SiR and the only thing left to do was to convert her to a manual gearbox. As i had neither the tools or the knowledge to do this it was looking like i would have had to pay someone to do it. By the time i factored in labour along with the various parts, as well as the fact that i use my car daily, so it can't be off the road for too long, it seemed like a lot of expense.
My initial plan was to buy a manual SiR. Seemed like the obvious solution, then i could start on the engine mods. But then this Type-s fell into my price range and i figured that if i could buy this, and sell my SiR for not much less then it seemed financially sensible
Add the extra power of the Type-S and ATTS into the equation and i thought it would be a no-brainer. Especially as i am used to the 25% transmission loss of the auto box
Here are some initial pics that i took when i got her. My SiR (which i plan to sell) is lurking in the background and i reckon she had a tear in her eye as she knows it's her replacement

Cosmetically, the car falls way below the standard of my SiR. Looks fine in the pics but upon closer inspection there are a lot of marks on the paintwork
ATTS is not working but i aim to sort that out this week as well as get the car fully serviced.
Probably needs new brake pads/discs on the front.
Plus, steering pulls to the left but once i get my new wheels fitted and get the alignment sorted, as well as the ATTS reset, i reckon that will cure the problem.
My initial plan has changed, but for the better i think, and over the next couple of weeks expect a few updates
Plenty of work to do, so many things i want to do straight away, but due to funds it's gonna take a while to get things the way i want them
But hey, i wouldn't be Macky's Lude if i just bought it perfect and no fun if there wasn't some modding to be done
Looks like painting the house is on the back burner
