this is how i de-yoked my indicators.

before



firstly you need to remove the front indicators by inserting a phillips screwdriver into the hole in the bumper by the number plate.

get a knife and insert it betwen the lense and the back housing.



you end up with this.



squeeze and pull out the orange defuser.



then once that is removed you need to use clear araldite to stick the lense back on and let it set over night.

This seems a little brutal!
I removed mine by using a soldering iron through the bulb hole.
You melt the orange plastic into pieces small enough to remove through the same hole.

There is a danger that you can melt the edges of the hole so you have to be careful, but at least the integrity of the seal isn't compromised. Mine turned out okay.

I've never heard of diadem bulbs. I used the chrome type.
Good write-up anyway! The results are the same.

@honda-hardy hey dude! will those bulbs work for the rears too? Or is the opposite pin thing? just for the fronts?

you need to buy the opposite pin bulbs. im sure the rear is identical.

Just tried this since I'm really stuck on another job : not having a good day, how you got a life through that is seal is incredible lol, my lens is now in a million pieces!! Guess ill just buy them lol
