Ah great, its the only thing really letting the van down now, the floor on it is solid as are the inner arches. I take it a decent bodyshop should be able to sort it out?

@Newkid, remove as much rust as you can see from the outside of the seams, then slap some detox gel on there until you can see no more.
Then jetwash thoroughly.
Then brush some of this on neat, leave for 10mins or so and dry with a cloth.

Then blast some of this into the seams:

Once dry, remove any if its residue from the outside and cover with this:

Then prep and prime and paint.
Without removing every panel, that is probably the best that can be done.

Its the one thing my mum said she didn't mind paying for as I've saved her on the mechanical side of things.
