You'll need some way of fixing the seat to the runners. How are you going to to do this? Are the seats bottom or side fixing?

They are simple evo4 recaros which are bottom mount fixing. I know its can be done as i saw few of them in ludes. I also had some pictures yearlier of some ones , but left in old laptop :(

IMO either bolt or weld cross braces across the Lude rails. Then bolt the bottom of the seats to the cross braces.

Just get some simple rails made up (anyone who can fabricate metal can do this for you). In my old SiR I had Evo 4 seats that came with eve rails.. I just chopped up the Evo rails and then welded them on to Prelude rails. My metal fabricator charged me £50. But by doing this the only problem is that you won't be able to adjust your seats (tilt from back to front) but that's ok as just set it to your position and go from there..

In my Type-S. I found a pair of Bride seat rails that were for the BB6 chassis and I was lucky that the Recaro seats that I wanted fitted in to the bride seats holes. :D :o

just get stuck in :)

I put a set of rx7 seats in my wifes civic, with the original seat rails. took some cutting and drilling but they are solid.
if you already have them,do you passangers first and try matching them up, if they dont match up at least try and get one bolt in each, then find out the best way to get the remaining bolts in, ie.. welding brackets, usinf spacers etc.

worked really well for me :)

p.s, pics of the rx7 seat install are in the civic build tread on here
