hi does any bodys 5th gen have problems with seat belts not retracting properly?

you can take out the cart nd give it a clean. chances are its gunked up.

take it out of the car and see whats what. the spring should be fine, it'll just be crud stopping it move clean.

I can get any car a mot lol I was thinking of putting brand new ones in but not sure on cost of doing it

Brand new would be very expensive I expect.
Used working ones off a breaker would be fine.
