Put the end of the seatbelt through it? The end that doesn't going into the retracting mechanism.

Im not sure - it was a while ago i took it off....
I think youd probably have to unstitch the belt to fit it and then restich it once it was on - either that or you could cut a narrow slot in the belt butler loops and slip the belt in

I'm not so sure that you could ever use that, as the bracket will not go through the loop; unstiching is an option, though not too sure how safe that would be?

doesn't it split into 2 halves the black bit with the bolt through so you can remove the loop
