Hmm. Havnt tried that yet, will give it a go tonight, I never really noticed it when I sat in it. Was only my gf noticed it. Maybe I'm just too fat so it wouldn't move lol

i had this on passenger side first and then drivers side - both times it was just a case of tightening up the hex nut on the seat itself - its the one in the corner where seat back meets the lower bolster

Took a closer inspection and it looks like it's the bearings in the rails that's at fault. It looked like even with new bearings in, there was a gap so there would be rocking. Someone said they shoved a pencil in there that fixed it, I didn't have one around so rammed a chopstick in there and it seems to have fixed it albeit being very ghetto lol
