Hi All,

I've had my 4G for 22 years and love it!!!

Unfortunately my car was recently broken into and while trying to steal it the *****s broke the steering column surround and I think damaged the ignition as well as the barrel lock and handle on the passenger door.

I also need to try to source a near side headlamp assembly as the outer plastic cover of that has been damaged although the light still works fine.

Does anyone have any info on where I may be able to get parts?

Put up a wanted ad here, i'm sure you'll get what you need. Also eBay is always a good place for used parts.

but i do have a full 4g steering column, with ignition barrel and key all in place - if you want to replace the whole thing.
im fairly sure i have a top and bottom cover as well if thats all that you need.
think i may have an outer door handle and the rods that connect it to the mechanism
i do have headlights but they are in pairs - one of my pals has a passenger side jdm black backed one. there are two types of jdm plastic lensed lights - black and chrome backed so you would need to specify and maybe colour of car so you can get a matching handle

Really sorry to hear you've had someone do that to your car, that's crap! As Mec says, definite rep for having the car for that long!
Used parts is your way rather than new.
Sounds like you have the JDM (plastic one piece) headlights but they were available in two colours (black and silver) so you'll need to confirm which ones you are after.

I'm sure people here will be able to sort you out with parts. Honda have discontinued most parts now, Also you'd be looking a silly prices from dealership

Hey Vanzep, that all sounds very positive. I'll be honest I'm not sure what my headlights are so I'll check that(think chrome/silver). I'd definitely be interested in the steering column and ignition. Also the door handle is Sebring Silver, could get it re-sprayed if not the right colour. I'm actually going to be in Edinburgh next weekend if it might be possible to meet up on Sunday?
