Well I thought it best to start the ludes own profile as it will take to long to do it all at the end...if there is ever an end.
Replaced my Blue 2.2 vti which hit 210K and died with this little number which ended up sorned after a year.
Off the road for three years.
First thing first is the wheels, short of cash so took a gamble on ebay £50 speedlines wrecked.
Before.
After. They aint perfect but they will do just now.

Then thought the car needed an update on the body front as the 2 ltr BB series wasnt overly specd. So off to Edinburgh to get Motegi rear lip in silver from Craig_jdm . Needed a few wee bits sorted but I decided to respray myself and this is what I ended up with.
Then found a front motegi lip from dino in a lovely green...more respraying. Have to say at this point my good lady was a star for letting me turn the conservatory into a spray shop

Sourced a lovely boot and spoiler from Dazzie which was perfect match but didnt manage to make it by border control in one peice
So after a quote of £220 to fix new boot I decided to swap it over to my original boot.
Then it was time to put the Speedlines on but hit a snag the oem wheelnuts are to long to allow the center caps on.
After some investigation and advice from Newkid and Vanzap , a quick trip to Edinburgh to meet Vanzap for 16 lovely little locking nuts and job done.
They aint perfect but for £50 a few hours sanding and some rattle cans they will do.

Looks so much better with those wheels and the Motegi lip kit!
Great work on spraying the lips as well.
