As things progress i thought i would post up a profile thread.
my car is a 3rd generation BA5 B20A 2.0I.16 4WS JDM.
the car is a 1988 jap import brought into the country in 1990. i am the 3rd uk registered keeper, the first registered keeper had it for over 22 years.
i have been after a 3rd gen lude for a while, and after driving ratty's at jap fest i decided its definitely the car for me, my 4th gen was being broken for bits after being stood for a while and my 4th gen civic did not have the poke i needed although she handled well.
out of the blue i received a pm from nathannafeman asking if i liked autos and gave me a few ideas from eBay.
this one caught my eye and was not to far from me so i went and had a look.
so here she is "poppy".
the day i picked her up.

the next day i gave her a damn good wash and polish and fitted my rims from the civic.

next on the agenda was a change of exhaust back box and number plates to give her a fresher look.

And today the icing on the cake....
my wheel nuts turned up so i have fitted these beauties.

she is progressing although she has given me a few problems.
the day i picked her up she wouldn't start, the next evening the main seal on the pas pump blew and last week the screw fell out holding the rotor arm to the cam, plus after digging out loads of hidden rust on the back end covered in silicon and under seal i have a mammoth task of loads of welding. she is a bit tired but is waking up slowly.
