I recently bought myself a 1994 Prelude BB4.This car has only had 1 owner since it was imported in 2000.The car is still reading Kilometres and it reads 169,245km,so its relatively low miles. The H22a engine is very impressive, along with the LSD gearbox. This is my first 4g prelude and I have always wanted one. This one has the 2ws aswell so its just what I wanted. After a long drive home from Leicester,I made it back to Scotland and it was a great run for the car.
So far I have treated it to a few things.I want to make it original, clean and subtle.
new oil and hamps filter
Genuine Honda fuel filter
new wiperblades - repainted original wiper arms factory black.
new oil pressure switch
cleaned and waxoiled underneath - very good shell.
cleaned the vtec solenoid
cleaned the FICV
cleaned the IACV
Amber frount indicators - old ones had a crack
New frount number plate - old one was looking poorly
New steering rack cv boots
New timing belt
Alternator belt
Power steering belt
Water pump
tensioners
genuine Honda auto Tensioner
Rocker cover gasket kit
Spark plugs
New headlight bulbs
De grease engine bay and painted
Repainted rocker cover wrinkle red
genuine Honda oil cooler O ring gasket
New EL Dials
new inlet manifold vacuum hose
DC2 Integra tyre R alloy wheels 96 spec
Top radiator hose
New accord type r driveshafts
new cv joints
Genuine Honda fuel filter
genuine Honda lca bush
4 wheel alignment
Accord type R front lip
brake light bulbs
front headlight bulbs
60mm lowering springs
new starter motor
JASMA 2.5" exhaust manifold and downpipe
2.5" decat and angled catback
upper wishbone balljoint
replaced the starter motor
The paintwork was flat and did not have a shine when I bought it,looking very sorry for itself. But after a whole day of using good waxing products the paintwork came up very well,The bodywork has very few imperfections so I am really happy with the results. There is a tiny bit of rust at the bottom of the arches but overall, the shell is super clean and does not show its age
Here's a current picture

Here's when I first got it home
