Been on here for around a year now. And I'm finally happy with the work that i have accomplished, so its time for its own thread ;)
This beauty of a car started out in the hands of one of my friends! i was there when he bought it, plus i got to drive it back for him too. it was there i KNEW it would be MINE haha a year ago things came true and he finally passed it on (damaged in his hands!) But still had a lot of life.
My Prelude is but a 2.0i, but that will do for now what with insurance! But of course plans and dreams will come.. as i have managed to come this far! When i bought it, it was completely standard.. with some nasty knocks and dents.

To start off i searched and found (with help off the forum) new corrected coloured wings plus bonnet. Which helped correct the very ugly front end damage. Went through the car and replaced old perished parts. I wanted to make sure the car was the best it could be when driving and braking. So i set out to update the suspension, and get the best out of my brakes.

Suspension wise the car sit's on:
BCracing coilovers
Tanabe Rear ARB
Tanabe front upper strutbrace
Its sitting on Lenso 17"BSX alloys. With stretched on Nankans, which for me looks like wheel heaven. Pretty much in love with the way my prelude is stanced with this whole set up.
My next stage is to be fitting all around new polybushes.

As far as the brakes, just replaced disc and pads all around. And had new braided brake lines installed.

Ill just let pictures talk now.. i know i only look at the pictures in these threads!

 Most up to date picture

Really nice ride.. But yeah when you can't avoid a pothole, you feel it up your spin haha will be getting bigger tyres when new tyres are due. Gotta test the water.. I love the look.

I'm not usually a fan of those wheels, but you've turned me! They do look right on your car.

Thank you! I was the same, didn't think much of them on any car. My friend put the idea in my head.. I wanted a nice chrome lip. It's obviously quite differnt, but works all too well I think :) makes cleaning interesting.

updates on fixing rear arch damage.
This picture is of the serious rear quarter damage it had way before i owned it. was never fixed by previous owners! i don't have the money to get a professional body fix on it as much as i want, it'll have to wait. so i went ahead and did my own fix, and I'm very happy with the way its come up! a lot better to what un sightly gash it was before.

Obviously I'm not professionally. But i just was after a good fill and smooth for covering over.. I had a lot of ideas on how i wanted to maybe cover the area.. In the end i just decided to brave it and go with this Camo Vinyl Piece. Bought online at "DeadlyDecals"
Does the job i believe
