2 questions.
I'm not so good on it so why did you used darton mids? Is your block open deck type?
And what valves have you used?

Lol cheers mate I used the mids as they are far better at cooling ,the mids allow coolant to pass Inbetween the cylinder wall and the sleeve itself :)

I'm pretty sure there standard valves why could that be a problem?

That sure is and it's been over bored by 0.5 mm so in theory it's now more like a 2.3 than a 2.2 some one correct me if I'm wrong :?:
