So my Parcel finally turned up today.. so as i'm not driving the car for the weekend.. i thought.. why not..

So off came the AEM V2 Induction kit.. its been on the car for many years.. once before i gave it a hoover but never washed it... as was scared i might damage it.. o how wrong was i... :lol:

Saw this online.. Perfect for the Dry filter AEM use...

First of I gave the filter a hoover.. I tried to use a brush attachment too but tbh its quite tight.. so didn't do much...

Tapping the filter got this out:

1st wash water colour... hmmm: :shock: :oops:

Then I got the tweezers to get these little bites thats didn't like coming out: ;) :lol:

Shes almost dry already.. 8-) one job I should of done many years back.. now she can breath!!!

The instructions on my K&N cone said that it actually works better when dirty and not to clean it too often, strange :lol:

i put mine through the washing machine about 3 times until it was like brand new :lol:

i did it while she was at work though! thats the best time to do all the naughty things you shouldnt :scaredtoss: :lol:
